Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. Here at “Out-n-About” your privacy is extremely important to us. Your information is for our internal use only to serve you best and is kept completely private and secure. We never, EVER sell or misuse your information.

 

Q. How can I pay for my services? Do you accept Credit cards?

A. Payment can be by cash, check, or money order to “Out-n-About” or Kristen Johnson. Must be paid in full at the completion of service. Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards at this time. Also, our returned check fee is $30.

 

Q. Which holidays require your holiday fee?

A. Holidays that will incur a $5/visit extra fee are New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. This fee goes directly to your pet sitter. The holiday fee is capped at $10, so no matter how many mane visits you have, you pay no more than $10!

 

Q. Do you have any cancellation fees?

A. We request that all cancellations please be made more than 24hrs before your scheduled visit. If you need to cancel within 24hrs of your visit, we require a small last minute cancellation fee of just $5. We definitely understand if emergencies arise, and may waive the fee on a case-by-case basis.

 

Q. Do you have fees for last minute requests?

A. We do our very best to accommodate all last minute requests for visits from our wonderful clients! With full schedules on most days though, we do require a small fee of $5 for any visits scheduled within 24hrs of your requested visit time. Like our cancellation fee, we are understanding of emergencies, and may waive the fee for extenuating circumstances!

 

Q. Why do you need 2 copies of our keys?

A. In case of an emergency, it is always good to have a spare set of keys. The second set is coded and stored in a secure location.
